Pros

You learn how to perfect your customer service, what goes into working a unit, and more administrative details versus being a regular food service worker.

Cons

You learn as much as you want to learn. That is to say, if you do not want to put your all into the job, then the job feels like hell.

Pros

There is amazing access to training and network groups. They are also very inclusive and I felt welcomed from day one. The company as a whole is cultural aware and very transparent. They also give back to their communities which was important to me when choosing an employer.

Cons

The interviewing process can be lengthy and difficult. There is lots of competition for each job so you have to be patient each step of the way.

Pros

Great Benefits, Good schedule, Company support. Promotion from within the company while giving you the means (continued learning classes) to advance.

Cons

Sometimes you need to much documentation to get things moving in a positive way. The usual beauracratic red tape that so many companies institute.
