      Great benefits and beautiful facilities

      Cons

      General Managers can be really old fashioned and out of touch with advancements in management. Some still operate with the fear notion. Where it is good for employees to fear you.

      Pros

      The money was excellent. The work environment was pleasant and management was easy to communicate with. If your plan is to be a long term employee they have many helpful programs.

      Cons

      There is favoritism with some of the management and certain employees. During events management is not always as accessible as necessary.

      It was closed-nit. More of a Good-ole-Boy society. The potential to be an extraordinary organization is missed.

      Pros

      Large company and the cost of benefits is minimal, however, promotions are available if the game is plaid.

      Cons

      Ethical conduct at management level and above is passe. Unethical behavior flies out the window when honesty to clients is required. Prime example is the New York Education rebate fiasco. Managers do not move forward if they do not work within the span of covering us the financials shenanigans.
