      Name recognition throughout the community

      Very unorganized from the top to the bottom. This company clearly has the structure to provide winning service to it's customers, but is out of touch. I had a Regional manager who visited our property often but never spoke to a single employee below the GM level. Absolutely no support from management when dealing with the client or the guest.

      Good job for people with no working experience Good benefits but not many can afford them

      Cons

      Very low pay No structure or leadership No advancement Pay to park No perks No encouragement Constant focus on negatives Weak management team Management has supervisors do their job w/o pay increases Management staff receives high bonuses and pay and everyone else gets nothing No holiday gatherings or meals No support to move up in company There is no confidentiality in HR or management staff Management works together and openly looks and talks down to and about other staff Low moral Greed - this contract serves to pay management staff well and no other employees yet they expect top results from staff Constant payroll problems Reward programs only go to bartenders who already make more money than most of the staff None of the Sodexo values are represented in this division of the company

      I can't think of any "PROS" for working for this company.

      Cons

      These people, since taking over the site, seems to find fault in everything that the employees that are not actually SODEXO employees. SODEXO Management and the executive chef always blame the employees and take no blame when things don't go right! They are, in this reviewers opinion trying to force those workers that are not SODEXO workers out, so they can replace the workers with SODEXO workers, instead of the workers that were grandfatherd in at the location.
