      It could be a good company but wrong people in Management and HR

      Cons

      No support for employees from management cheap company . To many employee turnovers hiring new employees but poor traning ,there was never enough laptops or work phones and you had to have them in order to do your job and communicate with nurses and the nutritionists. They hire parttime employees to work fulltime hours so they will not qualify for benefits. Employees never made reports in the past because they feared losing their jobs.

      Some of the people you get to work with are decent.

      This company has a HUGE issue with bullying, especially with “team leaders” trying to bully staff members into quitting - there is hardly any support from “management”, you’re on your own once it comes to working here because no one in this company cares about their employees - they also have a huge issue with only hiring or promoting people that know the team leaders or management (friends/family). Very stressful, judgemental working environment with no training opportunities that aren’t full of judgement and spite. Wouldn’t waste your time working here - find somewhere else.

      I have been an employee of Sodexo's for almost a year in 2/5/ 19,,-always on time and only missed 2 days total, I love the job but the pay is not great, nor is management, while you working hard others get to do little of nothing and the supervisors are scared to delegate and step in, hard workers are overlooked and under paid !

      Cons

      Noone to releave weekend cafeteria workers on the weekends, and they expect you to run cafeteria as well as doctors lounge, and not to mention they hire you as part time employee, but yet you work full time hours , then they say to you human resources did it!
