      . Flexible Timings . Normal work load . Discounts on Sony Products . More leaves . Might get onsite opportunities

      . More than half of the employees are consultants. . Brings lot of GETs and give them 3 months theory trainings.. (??) Why not put them on POCs.. Recruit those few who know theory through.
