Pros
Let me begin with emphasizing that Sony is a great company with so much knowledge and experience with decades of legacy in AV and photo.
Cons
The problem I see is that the company Sony Professional Solutions must be more solution-oriented and not so much box oriented because this is what customers expect in a new industrial landscape of diffuse barriers between private and corporate usage and hardware and software that must be used in a customized ecosystem together with other systems and applications. Management should be hired based on the changed landscape. Sony is slow and not adapting as fast as needed.
