      Young, creative, vibrant culture. Nice campus, cafeteria, gym.

      Cons

      Poor internal tools/workflows. Former underperforming workers had been promoted, who in-turn have now hired other low-performing workers. Created a toxic/unaccountable environment. This is seeming to change (slowly) with Layden as CEO. However there are still many low-performing/stagnant SVPs and Directors which need to be flushed.
