Good opportunity to migrate to Caterpillar company itself. Good salary in sales division. Good opportunity to travel around Brazil territory and build network.

Cons

Company got to big without proper Human Resources management. So it is usual to have different people and different areas attending the same customer, without synergy, creating displeasure to the customer.
