Your life yea expected to revolve around SportClips. You, your health, your family or their health don’ does not matter. Your will be expected to work over time and come in on your days off. You’re expected to work past your shift if it’s busy. So you can’t go home until it slows down. You will be treated poorly if you do not come in on days off or stay past your shift to help during busy time. If you have anxiety, this place is definitely not for you. I was in management and they use psychological manipulation techniques in this company. Directly trained by corporate. This place shouldn’t even be operating.
