The pay is hourly on top of commissions; usually willing to work with your personal restrictions for your work schedule. Relaxed dressed code; generally athleisure. Short Hours compared to other commercial salons.

Cons

Commission can be hard to make if you cannot or do not like to up sell. Raises and general promotions can also be hard to get because they do prefer numbers over leadership or general management skills. Must have weekend availability and at least two closing availability shifts.

On the job training and off the job training. Lots of cuts and lots of tips.

Cons

They want u to be fast. The more cuts u can do the better. Hard to prioritize family working for a big corporate company.
