fast paced work environment, good for fresh out of school cosmetologist

Cons

pay isn't nearly enough. (even with their commission / bonus plans they have. chop shop, cut as fast and as many heads as you can. open 7 days a week, weekends are required to work. no work life balance.

The company could care more about their stylists. They changed their PTO and benefit requirements. Stylists who have worked their long lost their benefits even after entering PTO. The company should care more to send an email to stylists as a reminder to use any PTO or work any hours to reach eligibility for benefits.

I am sorry to hear about your loss of benefits. That is disappointing. Each store owner provides their own compensation and benefits plan. This is valuable feedback that will share. Unfortunately, I do not see a location listed, so I cannot send the feedback to the franchisee. Please let your store owner know how you feel. I know they will want the opportunity to address your concern.
