Because the owner by the name of Doc talked with me about the job and said he would take care of me, since I was leaving a very good job of seven years to go work for him and bring some experience to the store.

Cons

Someone I will not mention was jealous of my ability to do the right hair cuts and getting more walk in clients then her in the sulphur, Louisiana location. She accused me of being on drugs which was proven wrong, I went in one morning tired from taking care of my very ill mother, she accused me of being on drugs again, the manager suspended me for three days and this jealous girl called corporate and acted like a client to get me fired.

Hourly wage Opportunity to make more money in commission. Training within the company. The clients are friendly depending on location

Cons

The uniforms were annoying. You only got one then you have to purchase more. They tax your credit card tips. A lot of work for very little pay. I Suggest only work here if you are young and just getting out of school. Just not enough pay

I Love working at Sport clips! We have an amazing team of stylists. I have been with Sport clips CA 501 for 2 years now. I Love the clients they are very friendly and caring. Our manager Anita has a great personality she loves to motivate us to grow in our career.
