Easy job, lots of clients

Always shifts available to get more hours, no clientele needed.

Cons

Rotating schedule, never the same shifts or days off. Lots of flaky coworkers that call out or just don’t care

Pros

Great place to start out. They have paid continuous training along with free product knowledge classes. Very clean and they consider accurate timing for cleaning and sanitizing in between clients which most places don’t.

Cons

These really depend on your team leader but for me I felt conflicted hearing my team leader gossip about other employees. She would make promises to employees in person but later tell me to be the one to break the news that their wishes could not be fulfilled despite already being promised. Lack of integrity

Pros

Sport Clips will hire quickly and does offer some training.

Cons

Breaks are minimal if offered at all, and you are expected to cut hair non-stop for your entire shift. You are expected to work with broken equipment, through illness or injury, etc.
