Pros
Pros. Employees are great very supportive when you start. Make sure you get your wage right away. The owner in Fresno and now Clovis Matt never gave me my wage until I got my first check when I got it. I was 10$ a hour when I was promised a little more then that.
Cons
When you have a issue with pay or disagree with them like I did on my wage I was let go with no reason (per California state law the was ok) but there is no job security with this owner. This owner doesn't like being question and majority of the time when they are rehireing that means they are letting go ppl or they want to see what's out or better then what they have. There are no chances if you are out of beauty school DO NOT apply. They have no patience. If you have been out of the hair industry for a while like I was and getting back into it they expecte you to cut hair in 15 mins you can't get a quality hair cut in that time.
