I genuinely loved working at Sport Clips! It was such a rewarding experience, both professionally and personally. The environment fostered growth, collaboration, and creativity, which allowed me to learn so much throughout my time there. The team was supportive and inspiring, always encouraging me to take on new challenges and broaden my skill set. This job truly helped me build confidence and develop skills I’ll carry with me for years to come. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have been part of such an amazing workplace.

It was a job with a paycheck. Nothing special. Certainly not worth the headache.

Cons

Bimbo trash culture. Gossipy lazy coworkers, prefer to sit around and talk trash and inappropriate conversation instead of doing their part to run an efficient salon. Dirty, hair and dusty everywhere. Terrible manager , promotes cliques. Used to be a deli manager or something . I guess this is what sport clips is looking for. The culture is garbage at EVERY SPORTCLIPS that I have worked at. Always just classless and sloppy. They also hold your credit card tips and tax you on them. You won't see them for two weeks.
