Narrow Service Line Limits Revenue

Good Concept with simple and easy to operate facilities.

Cons

The limitations on services and products greatly inhibits revenues in more demographically diverse areas of the country. Without training stylists to perform a service on many nationalities and races, an already diluted market share is further impeded.

Pros

Great advancements. Started as a stylist, then became a Assistant Manager and then a Manager. They have a system and if you follow it you can make great money. Great hourly pay service and retail commissions. You can make as much as you want. FREE Advanced training in haircutting.

Cons

Working with stylist that complain about following the system. They knew when thy were hired what Sport Clips is all about. It's not meant for everyone so leave and let the stylist that wants to make money have your job ;-)

good practice experience for someone right out of beauty school. not even close to being able to live off of the money you make here

Cons

can't take the clientele you've made at sport clips to other salons when you decide to upgrade.
