Pros

Customers are typically awesome and tip well. Ive had good management but they have since left.

Cons

The "bonuses" they offer are nearly impossible to hit. They make getting PTO unattainable so dont bother. They dont give raises for time there or how well of a good you do only if you become a manager and then its so little its almost not worth the stress.

Thank you for this feedback. I totally agree, I think we have some of the most amazing clients! Typically, what we see with benefits are that you must work a minimum of 30 hours a week to be eligible for benefits. If that was not communicated, I would ask for some clarity on how they work and set up some time to discuss how you can take full advantage of all benefits that you may be eligible for, including maximizing your bonus potential. Burnout. No HR. Owners do not care, you are just a number. You only move up if you get lucky, hard work doesnt get rewarded here.

Love the Sport Clips system and clients. Team Members and Coaches are great. Everyone is very down to earth.

Cons

Team Leader has too many stores and considers everyone a number. The company preaches values and he certainly lacks them. Benefits aren’t great, way too expensive for the amount of money you get paid. Must hit goals to even receive vacation pay. That’s if they even let you take it. His stores are so under staffed because of how he treats the people that work for him. They change pay plans all the time to make goals unattainable.
