Cons

Ownership is a nightmare, he's had over 90 stylist quit in a year! He gossips so much and handles discipline actions like an immature teenager and then wonders why no one stays. It's a chop shop, they want managers to work open to close 3x a week and then your other 3 days 6 hours... slave drivers.

You receive excellent tips when you are busy.

Cons

Work/life balance sucks, you are expected to go to many out of town and after-hour meetings without reimbursement, the pay is very poor for stylists, asm, and managers. Barely above minimum wage.
