Easy to get hired here as long as you have a lisence.

Cons

Extremely high turnover rate and understaffed. Employees can expect to work no less than 6 days per week. Requests off are often denied because there is nobody else to work.

Before I found Sport Clips I was working for another big salon name who didn’t have any culture and I didn’t make any money and couldn’t understand why. At Sport Clips it is up to you to make sure you are doing your best and that’s all they can ask of you! There are TONS of classes that you can take to expand your knowledge base no matter how long you have been in the industry!

Cannot guarantee a lunch break at a certain time. It’s hard to get commission because you have to sell an upgrade and a retail product.
