High tech equipment that not only provides comfort to clients but to stylists too.

Cons

If your store is not busy, the bonuses are hard to obtain. I think selling products has too much weight bearing on all the bonuses.

Exceptional pay scale and decent tips, medical/dental/vision benefits, paid vacation, closed some holidays, respectful of your personal time, great locations and large volume stores.

Cons

Takes a few weeks sometimes before you can help cut clients hair, but you can work as a coordinator until you do. So not too much of a con.

I really enjoy working for Matt at the Holly Springs location. He is very caring and easy to talk to. He cares about his staff. Dawn is very nice as well. They both listen when there's a problem and try their best to come up with the best solution. I have a child with a health condition and sometimes i have to be absent. But thank God everyone is understanding. I love my TEAM!!!!
