Pros

Everyone treats you with kindness and respect. They have an order/ system to keep everything smooth sailing. There are continued training classes to keep you up to date and/ or remind you of the basics on product and on cutting methods.

Cons

Honestly, no cons, I love SportClips.

Fun company, always changing, always opportunity to upsell, keeps you moving and working, great tips.

Cons

The owner was confusing, petty and childish, the current employees took advantage of new hires (stealing product sales), poor communication throughout, angry resentful staff, nothing will change in this shop because of poor ownership mentality, hive like mentality among the stylists, management and ownership.
