      Pros

      Very fun environment, the Team Leader and upper management of the store I work for are genuinely great people. Sport Clips incorporates important core values in their training and most of the people that I've encountered, that tend to make Sportclips their home, live by them.

      Cons

      I would say just that the job is very physically demanding and standing on your feet all day plus cutting and using clippers repeatedly can be painful and very exhausting.

      I love how detail oriented Sport Clips procedures are. From start to finish, there is a step for every aspect. We are drilled on the "5 point play" procedures which leaves even the most inexperienced stylist looking sharp. We make 10% commosion on any products sold and we also recieve $2 per buddy card brought in by a new guest! Buddy Cards are a retention strategy in which new guests may come in for a free haircut! Since all guests using buddy cards are new to Sport Clips, we upgrade all new guests to the MVP experience

      Working amonst all women is a challenge on its own. + of the gals who i work with obviously hate their job and trust me it shows. What happened to good ol' fashioned teamwork? Throughout the time frame of a few months a lot of my money was missing & it was obvious who was to blame. Management
