Pros

I interacted with people from a multitude of backgrounds. The hairstylists seemed to really like their jobs and management within the corporate side of the company was great.

Cons

I personally had a frustrating manager, but overall the management was great. It was easy to communicate my frustration with higher level managers and they responded quickly.
