      If you are willing to put in the work and show the commitment the possibilities are endless!! An exciting fun environment in a friendly competitive work place. Team leads who are ready to get their hands dirty and respect their stylists!! Benefits available for ALL stylists. You create your own pay depending on how hard you work! 24 locations across Canada and steadily growing!! I don't think you could ask for better people or a better place to start or further your career!

      Sport Clips takes a special person who understands the concept if you don't understand or commit and trust the process it probably won't be for you.

      Great, good tips. Good enviroment. Close knit. Easy to get days off, paid vacation after a year.

      Cons

      No benefits, rude clinetele, long hours. Long wait times, under staffed, flaky staff members.

      Pros

      Great pay, amazing tips, laid back work environment, always busy because of trusted name. Most managers will work with you on scheduling. Free training that you get paid for. Health benefits, paid vacation, hourly plus two types of commission. You get out what you put in. Team environment..in most salons it's a very cut throat every man for himself type environment. At sport clips every one is willing to help and pitch in.

      Cons

      If you have visible piercings or tattoos, be prepared to take them out and cover them up. Only natural hair colors. Always have to have your hair and make up done. Very strict system that you must follow to keep your job. There is a certain way to greet the client, set up your station, certain way to cut the hair, and how to wash it. There is even a certain way you have to talk to the client. If you can't comply then you're out the door.
