      The tips are great. Other than that I can't thinks of anything else.

      Cons

      I don't understand why the stores in Alabama does not allow the stylist to pick our hard earn money at a certain time. The reasoning was that all deposits need to be made. There was stylist who try to cash her check and it bounce. That very bad business and it's an inconvenience. It's very aggravating when your bilsl are late because you can't make it to the bank before it closes.

      Pros

      Its a good company. Good Concept with only mens hair cutting. We get to wear a comfy uniform. Hourly pay as well as tips and bonuses and commissions. Plenty of room for growth.

      Cons

      There is only a group medical plan you can sign up for. There is no retirement plan in place.
