Pros

Been with this company for over 4 years! I wouldn't know what to do with myself if I didn't have my team or clients! The atmosphere is amazing and feeling that you are a part of something much more than just being a stylist is what's key. You find a franchise that you love and stick with you will go far. I became a stylist right out of beauty school and am now a manager and I wouldn't trade it for the world! Flexible schedule, incentive pay, commission and overall stability.
