Pros

It is by far the best place I have worked! I couldn't ask for better opportunities to be at my door, the promote from within, train, and you can even get vacation pay.

Cons

There really are not any cons that I can think of, stylists should be aware you are in customer service you are going to be working nights and weekends, that is when your customers are available.
