This company cares for its employees and clients. They base their employment on the clients needs. All about the clients and then the staff. They help you grow and mold into a better hair stylist with continuing education any time you want it its there and available. Its structured. And if you do what they ask, u make money. Great pay they want U to make the most money you can and enjoy what you do while doing it. Its by far the best best company i have ever worked for.i love my job. I love going to work everyday and nothing is better than that. Knowing you are doing what you Love and also getting paid the most, how hard you work depends on how much money you make, our team leader goes above and beyond for us, he has it figured out and always help us anytime we ask.

I don't think its a con but I've seen girls struggle with retail and why its So important
