Pros

Great clients, great tips, awesome atmosphere. Love my team!!! Started off not knowing how to cut hair, and now a Leader. I love my job and love teaching new stylists how to become successful.

Cons

Not really a con but we are really busy and it can be hard on your feet and back because we dont that a lot of breaks. But we are banking when we go home! :-)

Pros

Fun, positive atmosphere! Good culture inside the stores! Creativity is encouraged! Contests and prizes! Teamwork! Fast-paced! Awesome pay! $$$! Opportunities for growth within the company! Comfortable attire! Sports on TV! Fun marketing events! I love my job at Sport Clips, I don't feel like I'm walking into work when I get there. The girls are incredible, the clients are fantastic, our team leaders are amazing people! This is by far the best company I've ever worked for, and I plan on growing old with Sport Clips! I never want to leave!

Cons

I honestly can't think of any! I suppose if you are lazy and don't like to work, then this place is not for you- we stay busy! We are constantly striving to better ourselves as stylists, by setting goals and reaching them. It's very structured. I guess some could say those are bad things, but there is always room for improvement and growth!

Fun, friendly, exciting sports environment, flexible schedule, comfortable uniform options, ongoing training, friendly customers, 5 point play that helps you consistently hit commissions, MVP that practically wraps the client around your finger, and almost college/party type of atmosphere because you're always having so much fun!

Cons

same as any salon- nothing else i can thing of, oh SportsCenter on repeat but that's on them :)
