guarantee wage, awesome classes to improve or brush up your skills, cool owners, paid vacations, and best of all you only cut men not women and no chemicals

Good money but they don't care about their employees ! OKC locations are the ones I'm talking about

You can make good money if your in a good location in OKC I was at the Edmond one and that was the busiest store

Cons

OKC owner does not care about employees . They have a very high turnover rate because of the way they treat people. They always make everything your fault even when it's theirs . Hard to hit commission sometimes also

Pros

Great advancements. Started as a stylist, then became a Assistant Manager and then a Manager. They have a system and if you follow it you can make great money. Great hourly pay service and retail commissions. You can make as much as you want. FREE Advanced training in haircutting.

Cons

Working with stylist that complain about following the system. They knew when thy were hired what Sport Clips is all about. It's not meant for everyone so leave and let the stylist that wants to make money have your job ;-)
