Pros

From the day I was offered the role, through my first day and now 9 months later through some crazy times...I feel like part of the family and as if I have been here for years.

Cons

Consistency on what is communicated by one leader and how well it is followed through...could be better.

Each store is independently owned and franchised. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy at your location, we do recommend getting with your manager and expressing how you feel. If you still feel that this location is not for you there may be another store in your area that does offer insurance and may be a better fit for your needs! I have worked at a few franchises over the years and this one definitely pays the best. The girls at the location I'm at are awesome, I have heard that some locations are catty- I haven't seen it yet and I worked at another couple locations previously too. If you aren't confident in your technique they will send you to classes. The definitely notice and promote those who work hard. Pay is good. Goals are realistic. Upper management listens to everyone's input. Comfy pants and shoes are part of the uniform.

Cons

I am realistic because I say I have worked at a few places and I know what crappy managers can do to a staff. With that being said you are at the mercy of the manager. If they are bad- the morale of the team will be low and it will suck. You are urged to finish in 25 minutes- and sometimes you just need more time... of course they want you to sell products but that is anywhere. The uniform is comfy but cheesy.
