clients are generally pleasant to work with, best pay scale and hours out of most major "chain" salons, training is regular and informative

Cons

depending on who you work for/ where you work, the staff can be hard to work with. also, goals are set based on the best performing locations. if you work at a slower store, it can be almost impossible to make any or all of your goals.
