Good Pay , Sports enviorment, Commision is achievable, ok hours, working mostly on male clientelle, Consistancy, standards, accountability, fun fast paced atmosphere, fast growing franchise

Cons

no room for growth past mgmt level , inconsistancy in training , do as I say from owners they also don't value your opinion, animosity between the owners in the market which effects the mgr level of the market Worried about the bottom $$ not client .Feel like you are replacable

good pay, great people to work with, good atmosphere, the sportclips values are what make me proud to be part of the company

Cons

Not many benefits, healthcare is minimal to none, this would be my only complaint with this company, this needs to be addressed
