Good pay/No Opps For Advancement Past Manager

good pay opportunities, customers, coworkers, comfy clothes

Cons

No opportunity for advancement past store manager, must work nights/weekends UNLESS you are are in school or tell them upon hire what your schedule needs to be. Pay scale changed several times while I was there, worked out for me, but not for others who actually ended up making less but were unaware because many people cannot navigate their payscale

Cons

Owners can be shady and greedy. Very Misogynistic imo, pay structures are changed when stylist start making money from them
