      Reviews are crucial and so helpful in understanding what the perceptions are of our employees. It sounds as though our training really helped you right out of school to develop some positive habits and skillsets to set you up for success. Thank you for sharing that in your review. In the stylist world as a professional take home or retail sells are a part of a clients experience so that they can manage their new look at home. It should never be about selling, but more so around educating your clients so that they know what it takes and how you made them look so awesome before they left your store, and why a product would help enhance that, Its empowering the client with the knowledge. That is our concept and one that we truly feel is part of the unique experience at Sport Clips. Without that we really diminish the overall experience and the quality of the service. We wish you prosperity and happiness in your journey in this exciting industry and appreciate you letting Sport Clips be a part of yours.

      Competitive salary, flexible schedule, good locations, decent tips

      Cons

      There are goals to hit to make a higher salary, and unless you are a good salesperson, the majority of your money won't be made by your hourly pay. I also hated working every weekend.

      Pros

      Friend team members, great cultural feeling at each location, higher education classes available, the benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      Consistentcy of the commission numbers can be hard to meet weekly especially during the down times.

      Thank you for this awesome review, along with some great feedback. I totally agree with you, down time can really play havoc on commission if the clients aren't there. Perhaps get with your manager and see if there are some things that you guys can do to maximize your schedule and even work with your Team Leader on ideas around how to drive some clients during down times and ways the Team can pull together to do so.
