Pros
Spread is considered a big company because of it's number of employees and it's clients portfolio holding great companies. They never delayed payment (is this a pro or an obligation???)
Cons
Very modest benefits kit (meal tickets are soooo low); like most of brazilians IT companies, Spread is just another consultancy company performing body-shop for their clients IT area or taking some projects to develop on it's own software factory, it cannot be considered an innovative company (there's nothing like an R&D department); last year they had an issue regarding labor's taxes payment that brought a lot of headache even to former employees like me.
