Pros

- Flexiable work from home

Cons

- Office location (Kharadi) no connectivity either public transport or mobile network - No dedicated cafe to peacefully have lunch or dinner - Politics by Managers and Team leads, they think that they run the process - Everyone tries to pull each other down, including the manager and Team lead - Manager keeps braging about his connections with the higher up and no one can touch them - The higher management is totally disconnected from the team, we dont even get to know the future - Managers favour only few team leads this is across Ms team which i hear from my friends in other process - Salary is very low but they expect work to be done double - HR is totally useless and does not help - No future and no idea about what will happen in future - DEI and employee centricity is just on emails and just a tick in the box

Pros

- open company culture - the best people - smart, driven and diverse - opportunities to develop - international environment

Cons

- Opportunities to advance can be dependant on your line manager and your team - Sometimes too many people are involved, which can lead to inefficient processes and decision-making

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We have fantastic colleagues who are highly talented and driven and without them we simply couldn't deliver on our overall business mission. We actively encourage colleagues like yourself to continue to learn, develop and them themselves in our global and inclusive culture. We have invested in a global career hub to provide everything that colleagues will need to focus on progression. We are also running manager training sessions to ensure consistency of leaders support. We celebrate our success and contributions and our collaborative culture does tend to mean more people get involved at times. It's always a priority for us to improve our processes and pioneer new ways of working. Thank you again.
