Thank you for sharing. It's great to come to work everyday knowing that what you do will help scientists and educators around the World find solutions to some of our greatest challenges. We do have inspiring colleagues and the office is wonderful; located right next to the Canal in Kings Cross. The leadership are focused on open and transparent communication (CEO weekly interview as an example) and getting the balance between ambition and delivery and as we continue to grow ensure that focus on our people and their opportunities for personal and professional development. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing. Our London campus is indeed great and with our thriving employee networks and welcoming culture it's a pleasure to come to work. Our Summer and Xmas parties are very popular I agree. Flexibility and hybrid working works well and gives the blend of work life balance and the opportunity to mix and learn from highly talented colleagues across the globe. The importance of consistent experiences for colleagues relating to their management is crucial and we have a leadership programme to instil this and our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. We do regularly review salaries which are in line with our industry currently. Thanks again.
