      Pros

      Engaging every day with professionals as motivated as I am. So many people dedicated and enjoying their work. Willingness to make things move forward and achieve results. Colleagues willing to go the extra mile to help each other and make sure we provide proper services to customers (in the end, this is why we are here)

      Cons

      At the start, many different people to get to know so it takes a few weeks to build one's network. Once done, all good.

      Pros

      Very pleased and proud to be part of SN. A really global and diverse organisation, very respectful of work-life balance with plenty of high-profile projects to improve the business.

      Cons

      I can hardly find one - IT at SN are extremely helpful. I personally would enjoy using MS Teams and MS products more extensively.
