Pros

- The opportunity to connect with top-tier talent in Science and contribute to the company's objectives has been immensely fulfilling - The company's strong commitment to professional development has enabled me to expand my skill set, stay informed about industry trends, and continuously refine my approach to talent attraction - Springer Nature does put emphasis on diversity, equity and inclusion - The work location and premises are excellent, and in the heart of London

Cons

To further enhance the onboarding process, I suggest considering a more in-depth and comprehensive training approach during the initial months. This would better equip new team members and foster a smoother transition into their roles, ultimately benefiting both the individual and the team.
