      Good company but suffering from internal politics

      Pros

      Hybrid way of working, flexibility of log in and log out, fair pay policy, Salary gets credited on 26th of every month and if its a holiday then next working day salary gets credited

      Cons

      Internal politics by BU heads, managers. Travelling abroad is a possibility but only the employees who are good at buttering gets chances to travel often. Global policy for WFH is 2 days from office and 3 days from home, but India and Pune is unique case where WFH is only 2 days and WFO is 3 days.
