      Pros

      Nice offices, great location, in-house editors are sweethearts.

      Cons

      - A lot of transformation is outsourcing gruntwork/entry level work to overseas, so limited opportunities. No real progression unless you step away from your interest in science and into their business practices. Was a very high turnover of assistants due to this.

We are looking at running more entry level projects and have one currently running in Research Publishing for an Intern programme and we will look to review pay levels.
