      Fire fighting approach towards work Exploitation Compulsory weekend working (even if you are dying, no leaves offered) Crazy managers Team Leads selection based on 2 things - 1) should be a woman & 2) should be a girl

The 7-day rotational working is part of a business unit’s regular way of working and the same is communicated to all, working on weekend is optional.
