Thank you for sharing your review. We do indeed have great people and having a strong work life balance important for us all. In terms of career progression, we have several colleague resources for us to take the lead and ownership of our careers. We have a global careers hub page which has tips, guides and useful information on how to approach career progression and in December we launched career navigator which is a new solution where colleagues can create a learning path in order to achieve learnings to help them along that journey.

Thank you for sharing. As a global business, we drive progress for our people, our planet, our communities and our business by publishing what matters, outgrowing our competition, accelerating the move to open access, applying AI responsibly and operating more smoothly year after year. Our open structure is less hierarchical than many other firms and we have a put alot of energy in improving our global colleague development opportunities. In December launching a new career navigator programme so please look our for that. Thank you again.

Pros

I love working at Springer Nature. During my time here the company has evolved significantly, with investments in technology and the addition of new senior hires that keep things fresh and forward thinking. There’s a community feel in the office, colleagues are friendly, collaborative and passionate about our purpose. The refurbished office looks fantastic, complete with a living wall that adds a vibrant touch. Employee network groups organise plenty of events, creating an inclusive and engaging environment. Regular blogs from senior executives keep us informed and connected to the bigger picture.

Cons

Honestly, I can’t think of any. If I had to suggest something, free lunch would be a great perk!
