      - Excellent work life balance, get your job done in hours that suit you as long as you can still be collaborative - Mostly working from home - A mature environment where you are able to get on with your job

      Cons

      - HR can be quite slow and risk averse which can affect individuals - Top heavy structure and not much visibility within IT between leadership and people on the ground - Red tape and politics can stop things getting done or moving quickly which is frustrating
