Pros

Salary on time and on regular basis

Cons

Internal politics can be stressful and time-consuming. Job insecurity If you are not in good books of the manager, you shall suffer your life in getting leaves and permissions. Rules are vary for person to person

Pros

Colleagues are fantastic, motivated, interesting and helpful. Journals can be interesting and the level of ownerhsip you are given is high Lots of training offered

Cons

The pay is not worth the pros and employees have no control over advocating for pay. HR don't consider COL or inflation - they just pick a number at the median of the industry and that's that. There is no relation to performance, individually or departmentally.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Indeed - our fantastic colleagues and contributions to science and progress are rewarding. Our open and ambitious culture gives all our talented colleagues the space to develop your curiosity and stretch your horizons as well as everything you need to be yourself and perform at your best. Collaboration and innovation actively encouraged and we are continuously and actively working to ensure our flexible compensation structures are competitive and our career development processes are equitable and performance based. We’re committed to fostering a culture where growth is tied to measurable impact and contributions recognised. Concerned to read that this is not your experience and suggest speaking to your manager to discuss.
