Pros

work environment/atmosphere is good, but due to the comparable average age of workforce and similar educational backgrounds. No credit goes to the company and the management.

Cons

Been working for the organization for almost 2.5 years now in the Editorial services department. Have seen the number of the team grow significantly. There is no shortage of sycophants, politics, prejudice and favoritism. So, eventually, undeserving candidates with minimal caliber have assumed leadership roles in this department. Because the managers themselves prefer favoritism. But this isnt even the worse part. The company will spend a fortune on infrastructure but sadly the compensation is continually bad. the organisation focuses on cosmetics but not the employees. My advice is not to join unless you are ok to working on low compensation.

Good for a year (for the experience, not the pay!)

Pros

- Friendly, relaxed atmosphere - Interesting field of work - Decent loyalty programme - New offices in Kings Cross

Cons

- Little space for progression or personal development - High turnover due to poor pay and lack of opportunities - Constant restructuration (and redundancy plans) - Higher management not in touch with staff, unable to share clear vision
