Pros

Most of the teams follow good developing practices. I get to TDD and pair program on a regular basis and in a healthy balance.

Cons

Once you get in it takes a while to get promoted and to have a big salary increase.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review from our Singapore office. We are very proud of our people and culture of support, flexibility and respect. Nearly two centuries of progress and advancement in science and education have helped shape the business we are today. Research and learning continues to be the cornerstone of progress, and we will continue to open doors to discovery through trusted brands and innovative products and services. Springer Nature was created in May 2015 through the combination of Nature Publishing Group, Macmillan Education and Springer Science Business Media. As a global organisation of around 10,000 people it's challenging at times working within a global matrix but with our continued investment in technology and flexible working, we try to ensure we have a strong work life balance.

Working towards a more inclusive workplace creates opportunities and we want our people to feel empowered and see progress on topics that matter to them and the organisation. Our networks unite people who share an idenity, like being a member of the LGBTQ community, a person with a disability or a parent.
