-A lot of resources for this role; there are robust up-to-date guidelines that helps keep the team's work cohesive and helps reduce decision fatigue -Very friendly coworkers who support each other by sharing resources and lending a hand when needed -Purpose driven, science-focused company -Good Work life balance; 2-days in office

-Some redundant processes and confusion as workflows change -Varied distribution of work among different roles makes it difficult to collaborate on effective timelines
