Hamster Wheel of Work

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

Learning how to manage/maintain accounts, researching historical data, contract, and invoicing knowledge while working cross-departmentally. Most of the people are decent and good people. The educational content, on your off time, is worth exploring.

Cons

No room for upward mobility unless you're willing to take on several side projects at no additional expense while maintaining your own workflow. Sales Operation carries the brunt of the load. Lack of managerial support and comradery with Sales.

Pros

Job security. If you have the personality to detach yourself from your work and if you don't care about your performance then this is the place for you !.

Cons

Low salary (less than a post-doc!), with no hope of monetary increments for your hard work or overtime you do. This is not the place for people who are self-motivated, driven and determined because such efforts are not recognised. Though, according to the contract, the working hrs is ~37, it is impossible to conduct tasks in this time-frame. As such you end up working much more. A lot is asked of you, in order to be promoted for which you have to work extra and do various other projects. This place is good for 1-2 yrs but would be quite demoralising and demotivating beyond this.

Bad recruitment policies.

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

1. Big brand 2. Facilities provided at work like pick and drop, package, Work culture etc.

Cons

1. They make fake commitments while recruitment to complete their target of hiring. As they hire in bulk amount. 2. They can flip their statements just like it was never said. 3. Please make sure before joining whatever commitments made to you be in written. As they can betray you anytime. 4. As you leave your previous job based on their commitments, you are left with no choice then to continue. 5. HR management is worst in the company. 6. They never pick up your call and do not give reply to any of your queries. And if they do, they don't even remember commitments made to the candidate over a phone. 7. They say they don't believe in verbal communication. 8. Even if you are not comfortable in working rotational shift they will hire you saying you can work in any shift you want, and that will be fixed. And once you join they force you to work in rotation.
